The 65th Regiment of the U.S. Army, comprised of Puerto Ricans and, later, other Latinos, will be honored with a Congressional Gold Medal Ceremony and screening of Noemi Figueroa’s documentary “The Borinqueneers” at the Center for Puerto Rican Studies Library in El Barrio (Spanish Harlem).
