	Reviewer's comments: Este meritorio volumen de ensayos y documentos, bajo el titulo de Las carpetas: persecucion politica y derechos civiles en Puerto Rico, sale en el momento mas oportuno. Este ano se cumple una decada desde que se inicio el proceso contra el carpeteo ideologico con la "Peticion de Informacion #167" radicada por David Noriega en la Camara de Representantes en junio de 1987. Hoy, ante un anexionismo tentado a reescribir la Historia por ser mayoria, es importante hacer acequible las pruebas de la persecucion y el carpeteo, para probar que tales acciones no han sido invento de los independentistas. This Spanish-language weekly newspaper covers Puerto Rican art, society, history and politics in short and lucid articles written by some of the best minds on the island. Check out the article from a back issue entitled "Our Biggest Mistake of the Century," reprinted here. It's about Puerto Rico's Railroad System. The last train made its run in 1953. Palique began publishing this past January and, although being well-received, it has not been able to raise sufficient capital to continue. Its tenth issue, dated March 10, may be its last. You can't buy the weekly at a newstand. You must subscribe to Palique in order to receive it. Try it out. It's one of our favorite publications.
