A conversation with Maestro Tufiño and his friends don Ricardo Alegría and don Otilio Díaz

Ricardo Alegría, noted anthropologist and founder of the Instituto
de Cultura Puertorriqueña and other major cultural institutions
in Puerto Rico, provides a historical context and discusses Tufiño’s
important contributions to Puerto Rican culture and society.
Otilio Díaz, Executive Director of La Casa de la Herencia Cultural
Puertorriqueña in New York City, reflects on Tufiño as a
man and artist.
